Good News ... Tucson home sales go up but prices flatten

Multi-family construction accounted for most of the increase, nearly 40% in April, while single family units were up just bit to 0.8%. January home listings and sale prices much better than January 2013

According to the Tucson Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service, the average home sale price lost 2.5% in January from last month but was 8.2% better than January 2013.
